ACS Precision LLC is a small, woman-owned, provider of fabrication and contract manufacturing of a wide variety of shapes and materials. We cut, form, machine, weld and assemble a broad spectrum of short and long run parts from dimensional drawings, electronic files or even samples. ACS Precision LLC is one of a small handful of manufacturers able to provide both laser and waterjet cutting services. We can accurately cut a wide variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, copper, neoprene, rubber, nylon, glastic, lexan, UHMW, wood, tile and architectural stones from wafer thin up to 6” thick. Which to use? Waterjet cutting is an excellent solution for military, aerospace, medical and other industrial and architectural applications requiring cutting non-ferrous or highly reflective material to exacting dimensional tolerances with no heat affected zone, while the laser provides exceptional accuracy and speed on thinner materials and intricate shapes.
